Joint Statement
Further to our recent announcement regarding the decision to end the Holiday Stars contest early, the E3 Group and First Choice Holidays would like to apologise sincerely to everyone involved including contestants, their friends and family.
The decision to bring the contest to an early conclusion is as a result of unforeseen circumstances and, whilst we appreciate that this is very disappointing, E3 Group and First Choice Holidays have made every effort to try to resolve the situation without having to withdraw the competition in its entirety.
However, after attempts to try to deliver a format that would enable us to complete the competition and award the prize, E3 Group and First Choice Holidays have concluded following feedback from contestants that this is not a workable solution.
We will, of course, refund all monies to those who have voted for contestants in Holiday Stars. If you have voted and you would like to seek a refund please send an email to refunds@holiday-stars.com. Please ensure that you include your full name, mobile number and address in your email. The closing date for refund applications is 12th December 2008.
